In business, the other guy is always going to want to know the facts of your establishment and or at least, proof of any track-record worth digging further into. Don’t valuate yourself and don’t valuate the other person/business. Instead:
“Be a great associate/partner. Produce great, high-quality content and continue to show the other side(s) why something you create/license is important and at least cool if nothing else.”
Face it; the other side may not need it (you) right then and there. Your contact is a Human of course however. He might like it and thus, still be interested even if his associates/partners are not.
So be the best you can be always. Minds change constantly…
